Dive into our immersive 12-hour seminar, meticulously crafted to enhance your leadership potential through elevating your communication skills within the workplace. The course content traverses a broad spectrum of communication essentials such as the use of language, non-verbal communication, anger management, storytelling, and self-esteem. In addition, we delve into influential frameworks such as the theory of Nonviolent Communication and the theory of Dialogical Leadership, alongside critical soft skills like emotional intelligence.

This course aims to cultivate leaders who are not only efficient communicators but also highly attuned to the emotional and social dynamics within their teams. By the end of this program, participants will have the tools to communicate with confidence, express their thoughts effectively, understand others more deeply, and better navigate communication challenges that come their way.

In this seminar, participants will:

This program is specifically designed to be highly interactive and experiential, including role-play scenarios, practical exercises, and reflective activities that solidify learning. Participants will work in small groups, will have the opportunity to exchange experiences, give & receive feedback and explore many facets of the program curriculum in a safe, playful, and intellectually stimulating environment. Each learning module as outlined above will be explored experientially with various activities and will be supported with cutting edge theory, psychological insights, direct links with the workplace environment and practical applications to be used from day one.
