The SME Leadership Program, is a crash leadership effectiveness program, aiming to empower SME leaders and managers, with executive and organizational skills and competencies, for rebound, change readiness and growth. In a period of ambiguity and flux, SME leaders face multiple challenges, connected with disruption, digitalization and the health crisis context. In order to effectively address the challenges and to nurture contexts of organizational effectiveness, growth and prosperity for their organizations their people and their customers, SME leaders need to master new tools and skills and to develop new sets of competencies. During this 34 hour program, participants will have the opportunity to engage in collaborative, action – based learning and to become active part of a learning context that boosts managerial acumen and leadership effectiveness.

This session focuses on equipping professionals with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the field of export management. Through this seminar, we will delve into market evaluation and selection, as well as emphasize the identification and analysis of potential problems and pitfalls that may arise in the management of exports. Participants gain the ability to evaluate business opportunities and make informed decisions regarding the selection of export markets. They learn to develop effective export strategies tailored to the economic and institutional circumstances, as well as the unique idiosyncrasies of the target market.
Conflicts within the corporate environment reduce productivity while consuming a great deal of managerial time, only to get temporary results. Cooperation, understanding and quick and effective mechanisms for conflict management and resolution are vital to avoid both personal and economic costs and boost productivity.
