For the last 15 years, her international experiences in the corporate and humanitarian sectors shaped her holistic approach to leadership and organizational transformation. With a concentration in Human Resources Management and Counseling, she specializes in partnering with executives to facilitate strategic change planning and implementation. Her career experience includes Doctors Without Borders, Agile Actors, and Adecco HR. 

Nora holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Career Counseling, as well as certificates in Positive Leadership and Learning & Development Strategies. Her personal goal is to help individuals uncover the “power within” to create high-performing teams and robust communities.
