DIRECTOR, CAREER SERVICES

With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Effie brings deep expertise in talent management, leadership development, and organizational growth to her role as Director of Career Services. Drawing on her extensive corporate background in financial institutions—spanning talent acquisition, performance management, learning, and succession planning—she equips graduate students and alumni with the tools, insights, and strategies needed to navigate today’s complex job market. Her experience, combined with a proven ability to build trusted relationships, enables her to forge meaningful partnerships with employers, connect talent with opportunity, and deliver innovative, well-curated, data-driven career services. She holds an MBA from Alba Graduate Business School and a BSc in Banking and Financial Management from the University of Piraeus, along with certification in coaching. Passionate about continuous learning and development, Effie is committed to creating environments where individuals and organizations thrive.
