Join us for the first event of the new academic year, part of the "Leading Creatively" Discussion Series, organized by the SEV Center of Excellence in Creative Leadership. This event will be held on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, from 18:00 to 19:30, at Alba Graduate Business School (Xenias 6-8, Athens, 11528). Our guest speaker is Kostas Kefalakis, Chief Transformation Officer at Roche Hellas.

The event, will be conducted in Greek and you may attend in person or online, via livestream.

In an ever changing, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world, organizations must embark upon a journey of transformation towards speed, anti-fragility, agility, and empowerment enabled by a new leadership framework of trust if they are to thrive. This presentation aims to provide the vision for this next generation culture of innovation with the example of Roche Pharmaceuticals.

Kostas Kefalakis has more than 19 years of experience in Lean, Agile and cultural transformation spanning 4 sectors from automotive to printing to construction and pharma on a global scale spanning 4 continents (North America, Europe, Asia & Australia). Today Kostas is the Chief Transformation Officer of Roche Hellas responsible for driving the radical cultural & digital transformation across the affiliate and beyond.
