One of the positive outcomes from the recent financial crisis is the increased attention to risk management from all market participants. The upgraded role of risk managers within the organizational structure of modern financial institutions and large corporations yields new prospects and challenges for the risk professionals.
In a country like Greece, that has gone through a prolonged distress period, the challenges are even greater and the stakes are high.
