“Challenges in International Commercial Law and Regulation”

This workshop will provide a platform to share views on current developments and emergent challenges in core areas of international commercial law and regulation, including banking and finance, competition law, intellectual property and the regulation of network industries.
More specifically Professor Rodrigo Olivares-Caminal, will speak about Banking and Finance Law, Dr.Despoina Mantzari will focus on the Regulation of Network Industries, Professor Ioannis Kokkoris will talk about Competition Law and Dr. Stavroula Karapapa about issues related to Intellectual Property Law.
